Does Red & Infrared Light Therapy Work Through Clothes?Updated a year ago

Red light does not permeate through clothing or bandages.

However, near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings. 

We do recommend using removing your clothing during a red light therapy session for best results.
