How Often Do I Need To Use Red Light Therapy?Updated a year ago

We recommend using red light therapy daily for 10-20 minutes to see optimal benefits. 

 

There is no need to use for longer than 20 minutes per session as the body can only absorb a certain amount of light at one time. Additionally, it’s important to leave 10-12 hours between therapy sessions in order to give your body enough time to regenerate. 

 

In the beginning, start off with shorter therapy sessions and work up to 10-20 minute sessions. That way, you can ensure that your body is slowly adjusting to the light. Once you’ve done a few longer 10-20 minute red light therapy sessions, you’ll have an understanding of what works best for you and your body.
